I fair bought a Samsung F250 on ebay that is "unlocked" will I be skilful to use it on my verizon account?

Sorry but that phone will not work on the Verizon network. The F250 is a GSM phone, Verizon's network is CDMA and requires CDMA technolgy phones.
Verizon is "theorize" to start allowing NON Verizon CDMA phones on their network by years end.
If you need to purchase a non Verizon phone, it MUST be CDMA. Before you purchase another phone, call Verizon 1st to gross sure they still have plans to allow non Verizon CDMA phones on their network
